Brian Mineau retired from the United States Army as a Sergeant First Class after eleven years of service. With over six years of direct recruiting experience & five years of multi-business development. He now operates as the Chief Operating Officer for Alpha Roster in Reno, Nevada. Working to better serve his fellow Veterans in the local community, he hopes to ease the transition between their Military service and new careers, bridging the gap that is so often missed. Brian has graduated Alpha Chi from Post University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a Management Concentration. He currently attends San Francisco State University where he is earning his Executive Masters of Business Administration. Originally from Susanville, CA, he has lived in Reno for the last six years and spends his free time with his wife and 3 children.

David Fantell is the Director of Business Development for Alpha Roster in Reno, Nevada. Alpha Roster is a full-service Veteran Owned recruitment company that looks to advocate on behalf of individuals transitioning from one stepping stone of their life to the other. As an Army Veteran with 10 years of Service, David earned numerous awards and accolades for his actions while leading multiple Teams, Squads, and Platoons in combat operations throughout the Middle East and South-West Asia. After transitioning out of the Army David signed on with Talent Acquisition department at Panasonic Energy of North America where he helped staff the Largest Manufacturing Facility in the world- The Tesla Gigafactory. Throughout multiple “Ramp-Up” and “Cool-Down” periods, David’s Talent Acquisition Skills, Military Experience and people first attitude helped Panasonic reach their personnel goals of over 1,500 new employees.

Originally from Bronx, NY, David attended the State University of New York at Albany where he studied Business Administration and played Division-1 Football. He moved to Reno 4 years ago and spends his free time with his wife and 3 children.

Juan Leyva is a veteran that transitioned to the civilian workforce after 12 years of serving the United States Army. With over 5 years’ full cycle recruiting experience, he now serves as the Marketing Director for Alpha Roster in Reno, Nevada. He previously served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Texas Health Resources and has managed multiple service lines across 14 hospitals in the North Texas area. Earlier in his career he honed his skills as a talent acquisition coordinator for the leadership recruitment team. Juan currently manages our key social media accounts and oversees the Marketing Team.
